These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Founder Pilot AI ("Founder Pilot AI", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Founder Pilot AI service (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Founder Pilot AI provides an AI-powered co-pilot that helps founders turn ideas into plans, tasks, landing copy, and marketing drafts, with human-in-the-loop approvals.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
For AI features specifically, you must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, designed to deceive (including deepfakes of real people without consent), or that jailbreaks safety filters. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any input content. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
The Service, including its software, models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Founder Pilot AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service and grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Founder Pilot AI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Founder Pilot AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app support channel.
