30-day money-back guarantee

Founder Pilot AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges after the 30-day window are not automatically refundable, but we will always consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
